Stevens Institute of Know-how will give every graduate $250 to make up for a “chaotic expertise” through the graduation ceremonies, NJ.com reported.
“Whereas this gesture doesn’t make up for the irreplaceable moments that had been missed, we hope that graduates and their households will settle for our acknowledgement of our errors and our promise to do higher,” stated Nariman Farvardin, president of Stevens Tech.
New Jersey 101.5 reported that the ceremonies began off usually, with a speech by New Jersey governor Phil Murphy. Then the graduates moved to 2 different services to obtain their levels, and “that’s when issues started going downhill.”
