Two individuals had been killed and 5 had been injured in a capturing simply after a highschool commencement at Virginia Commonwealth College, NBC Information reported.
A type of killed was an 18-year-old man who had simply graduated. The opposite was a 36-year-old man who attended the ceremony.
A suspect within the killings is a 19-year-old man who’s in police custody.
On Tuesday night, Virginia Commonwealth president Michael Rao tweeted, “Graduations needs to be instances of happiness and celebration. As we speak’s capturing is heart-wrenching and surprising.”
