ChatGPT has an annoying behavior of creating up data (hallucinating) quite than saying, “I don’t know.” And this lawyer didn’t notice that was the case, so he thought when ChatGPT mentioned, “Varghese v China South Airways Ltd, 925 F.3d 1339 (eleventh Cir. 2019)” was a related case, it was an actual and related case.
