Christmas Cookie Assortment: Kahk el Eid

Kahk el Eid

For the Cookies

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds.
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup coarsely floor pistachios

Directions:

  1. Within the bowl of an electrical mixer, combine flour, salt, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, and sesame seeds collectively.
  2. Add the ghee and blend till utterly integrated.
