Greensfelder Officer Scott Cruz authored an article on the “quiet quitting” phenomenon that has been permeating workplaces nationwide within the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The article, titled “Easy methods to Deal with and Treatment Quiet Quitting within the Office,” was printed within the fourth-quarter version of The Illinois Producer.
As famous within the article, “quiet quitting” describes staff who reduce their work efforts, or “take a look at,” and don’t push to go the additional mile with out some sort of recognition or compensation. For employers to guard their companies, it’s important that they “acknowledge the indicators of a budding quiet quitter and instantly take steps to stop and handle it,” Cruz wrote.
