American Airways is looking for a Senior Challenge Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ.
Tasks:
- Manages all features of assigned tasks (together with definition of undertaking scope/goals, improvement of undertaking plan and schedule, price range and useful resource plan, standing reporting, undertaking improvement, and implementation)
- Manages undertaking groups, together with allocation of labor assignments amongst group members
- Negotiates for sources (as required) inside the context of the undertaking goals, necessities, and priorities
- Interfaces with enterprise homeowners/clients and all different areas/people affected by the undertaking
- Ensures correct undertaking documentation of necessities and deliverables are clearly outlined and delivered
- Manages undertaking conferences; completes undertaking monitoring/evaluation reviews; reviews to administration and enterprise homeowners relating to undertaking progress, points, and dangers
- Manages distributors, as required; tracks/opinions vendor deliverables, approves vendor invoices/timesheets
- Supplies technical and analytical steering to undertaking group
- Manages undertaking price range; reviews price range standing and acts as liaison with Controller(s), as acceptable
