The training path related to the externally shared catalog doesn’t seem within the vendor account.
Temporary Description:
There are situations whereby the shopper shares the catalog having the training path with different accounts/vendor accounts. Nonetheless, after accepting the catalog, the receiver account admin can capable of see solely programs however not the training path related to the catalog.
Why does this occur?
This concern is mostly seen if the seller account has enhanced LP disabled. If disabled, the improved Studying path is not going to get shared.
Steps/Troubleshooting:
- Log in as admin.
- Go to settings>>basic>>Studying paths>>allow it.
