Trillium acquired American Craftsmen, a Washington state-based building staffing agency, in a deal that closed July 10. The transfer expands Trillium’s presence within the Pacific Northwest.
American Craftsmen was based in 2015 by Jim Hyde and Kenneth Gerig and has places of work in Beaverton, Oregon; Tacoma, Washington; and Bellevue, Washington. Plans name for Hyde to steer the previous American Craftsmen areas as department supervisor. Hyde will probably be joined in main the branches by Space Supervisor Toby Copeland, whose former firm was additionally acquired by Trillium.
American Craftsmen’s operations will tackle the Trillium model, however “previously American Craftsmen” will seem on paperwork and invoices for a time frame.
Phrases of the transaction weren’t introduced.
The Trillium model of corporations is owned by René Poch and consists of Trillium Building Providers, Trillium Staffing, Trillium Driver Options and Trillium Skilled.
Trillium relies in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and ranks on SIA’s listing of largest US industrial staffing corporations.
